Hayley is our Practice Manager and a talented people’s person with great management ability. She has worked in dentistry for 17 years and is passionate about patient care, ensuring our patients orthodontic journey is a well informed and happy one. She is always available to answer any queries or questions. She has a very caring nature and in her spare time enjoys spending time with friends and family and attending exercise classes.

Charmaine is a qualified dentist from the Philippines who has always had a passion for caring for children and their teeth. Having moved to the UK in 2006, she continued to pursue her passion qualifying as an Orthodontic Therapist in 2012 and continued to gain experience in all areas of clinical orthodontics. She is continually adding to her professional development by attending courses and conferences.

She is a dedicated and talented clinician who takes pride in working with patients from the start of their orthodontic journey through to seeing their big smile at the end! Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and exploring European capital cities as well as the Philippines and the USA, with her two children, Thomas and Ysabelle.

Dental Nurse

Davinia has been dental nursing since 1987 and has gained experience working within a multitude of areas such as the Military, hospitals and prison settings, as well as in general dental practice before settling into orthodontics in 2019. Davinia is a dedicated, caring nurse who is always looking to expand her knowledge in all things dentistry.

She is a kind, compassionate and fun-loving person with hobbies include singing in a choir, crochet, pottery, walking her dogs, spending time with friends and family. A country girl at heart, when not working Davinia can be found caring for her beloved 30+ rescued farm animals!

Another highly experienced team member, Katrina has been a dental nurse for 30 years. She has an outgoing and very friendly manner having joined us July 2021 and is enjoying orthodontics and finds it a lovely field of work.

In her spare time she likes spending time with her family, going to the cinema and taking her dog out on nice walks.

Karen has nearly 25 years’ experience in orthodontics.  We are fortunate to have such a talented and experienced staff member.

She thoroughly enjoys working at the practice and loves communicating with patients and making sure everyone has a pleasant experience with their treatment and the practice runs smoothly for everyone. She prides herself on her calm and caring approach.

Outside the practice she is always busy with family life and enjoys swimming, cooking and walking.
